A website or app enquiry does not reserve a seat. A booking is confirmed only after the responsible office verifies availability, final amount, traveller details and required payment.

Prices and availability

Displayed prices, seats, departures and offers may change. Taxes, city surcharges, entry fees, optional activities and personal expenses apply as specified in the applicable itinerary or written confirmation.

Booking and rooms

Confirmation requires verification and the stated advance. Room sharing is decided at booking; travellers from separate bookings are not combined without consent.

Programme changes

Routes, hotels, vehicles, sightseeing and timings may change due to weather, traffic, government directions or operational conditions.

Traveller responsibility

Travellers must provide accurate information, valid documents and relevant health or mobility information, and follow safety instructions.

Cancellation and payment

Cancellation and refund depend on the applicable tour policy, timing, supplier rules and costs already incurred. Pay only using details officially confirmed by the office. Never share OTPs or banking PINs.
